Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely package your items in their original condition.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking receipt for your records.
Receive Refund or Exchange
After our farm team inspects the returned garments, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
